During peak season most tours begin on the hour and on the half hour.

Upon request for groups of 15 or more and dependent upon weather conditions Extended hours available by appointment for group tours and special events. Please note that tours could be limited in the winter months due to weather

They have a gift shop as well as outbuildings on the property. For me, I had hoped the train trip into the mine had gone furthur down in the mine.
