Buffalo Valley is set in North Dakota. Vaughn having retired from the military is headed to his folks home for the holidays. He has accepted a job where his girlfriend works. While visiting his folks, he will also be scouting the new site for the companies big box store. What will happen when he meets and begins to like the people and town the store will be built in? Return to Promise (Heart of Texas) is set in Texas. Jane and Cal along with Cal's brother run the family ranch. Jane and Cal have two children, Jane is only working part time as a Doctor. Jane's father has a heart attack and she and the children go to California. The separation is not good for them. Shortly after returning home her father passes away. She and the children end up staying in California. Will Cal fight to save his marriage? Will the one that has set her sights on Cal win?
