This is the story of Four. Going into his childhood and his choosing Dauntless. There are also several chapters at the end from his point of view for Divergent.
This book was good, but I didn't think it was as good as the original three books.

A quick read.
Katie is in the state system. Her father who knows... And her mom is in prison. Katie is a teenager and just trying to fly under the radar until she can get out on her own. Then a couple wants to be her foster parents. She is not sure about this and a little afraid. The director of the home fails to disclose that the couple are a pastor and his wife. Katie feels like she'll be sent back very quickly and vows not to become attached. She puts on her tough girl act, even getting into trouble.
Can she finally learn that someone can be there for her? Can she help them heal?

This is two stories in one book. One about Thanksgiving and one about Christmas.
A CRESCENT COVE THANKSGIVING finds Grace a lawyer and Jake a construction guy starting to find their way to each other. Grace has moved to the town she spent her childhood summers and where her two childhood friends Bri and Margaux and their families live. She is a lawyer and has helped save a historical part of the small beach town. Throw in an estrangement from her parents and Thanksgiving days away and you have a cute story.

A quick but predictable read.
Christine works at her fathers investment firm, wears the right clothes, dates the expected man. Her life is good. Then tragedy strikes when her father dies in an automobile accident. He was at his cabin in New York and was headed home to Chicago. At the reading of the will she gets a surprise. She and her mother inherit 1/3 each with the final 1/3 going to someone she has never heard of. Thus begins her quest to answer her questions. Throw in a controlling mother and there you have it.
