CHASING FIRE by Nora Roberts

Rowan Tripp is a fire jumper, a zunie.  Her father was one of the best fire jumpers.   They parachute into a fire and work to contain and put out the fire.   Last year a fire jumper was killed on his jump into the fire and Ro still has nightmares about it.  Come to find out 1 of the base cooks had an affair with that jumper and was pregnant.  She blamed Ro and the entire team for his death.  Now a year later Ro and the other experienced jumpers are training a new group.   Then the cook is rehired-after attacking Ro last season-and bizarre things start to happen.  Among them the cook puts pig blood all over Ro's room.  And, in murder and you have quite the story.
It kinda bogged down for me.

NOW YOU SEE HER by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge

One of the best Patterson books I have read.  Enjoyed the settings, Key West and New York.
What do you do when you are a college senior and while on spring break accidently hit and kill a man?   Why, drop out of school and marry the police officer that helped you; of course.  But, is her new husband everything he  appears to be?
An awesome thriller about a woman fighting for her life.

A TURN IN THE ROAD by Debbie Macomber

A fun read.  True to Debbie's style.   I enjoyed this book as grandma, mom and daughter hit the road for a road trip.  Lots of interesting twists and turns along the way.  They are going to grandmas 50th class reunion in Florida and they live in Washington state.  This brings in some characters from the blossom street series.  Grandma is hoping to reconnect with her high school boyfriend, mom is trying to decide whether or not to take back her ex husband.  And, her daughters boyfriend just left for a year in Europe without her.

BEACH LANE a Chesapeake Shores Novel by Sherryl Woods

Another great story with the O'Briens.  In this story, you will travel along with Susie and Mack.  They have been dating for a while but are not going anywhere serious.  Then one day Susie finds out she has cancer.  Will she survive?   What will become of her and Mack's "friendship"?   With Mack unemployed and not wanting to continue with the relationship until he is.
Once things settle down, Mack's old "friend" comes to town to help him with his new adventure and well as you can guess,  Susie is not thrilled.
It is a good story, but a little predictable.

IRISH DREAMS by Nora Roberts

This book contains 2 stories.  Both are quick reads and the first makes you want to own or be around horses.
IRISH REBEL brings you back to the Grant family-who you met in Irish Thoroughbred.  Here you meet the Grants oldest daughter Keeley.  She helps out on the family horse farm and racing stable and also teaches kids to ride.  Brian Donnelly  is hired to come from Ireland to America to work with and train the race horses.  Interesting look into the world of owning race horses.

SULLIVAN'S WOMAN is a delightful story of a young woman alone in the world and having just lost another job, finds herself meeting a world renowned painter.  He insists on painting her and Cassidy has no idea who he is.  Since she needs a job to pay her bills while she is working on a novel she accepts.  Find out what happens....

I did enjoy this book but think I would have enjoyed the books more if I read them as separate books.
